Anna Coyne began teaching in 2008. She is certified in Xtend Barre, TRX, Rip Trainer, and has earned a comprehensive Pilates certification. Anna spends a lot of time studying various lineages of the Pilates method and often refreshes her resume by continuing her education in all of the fitness formats that she instructs. Most recently, she has been inspired by leaders in the classical Pilates realm and is moved by the richness of the classical work.
Anna grew up as a dancer, has always loved movement, and has experienced first-hand the positive impact that movement can have physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Four years ago, Anna suffered a debilitating hip injury that required reconstructive surgery and months of rehab. Pilates brought her back from that injury stronger than ever. She loves what she teaches, believes in what she teaches, and is proof that it works! She is inspired each day by her clients and considers it a great blessing to be part of their personal journeys.
