Pilates Equipment Sessions

Fitness @ The Cube has a fully equipped Pilates studio.¬†Offering private and semi-private Pilates sessions, you can have one-on-one attention to focus on indivudal needs or you can join one of our challenging¬†small group equipment classes, which you will find on the schedule under “Springboard Pilates.”

Springboard Pilates Classes:

This challenging workout is performed on a piece of Pilates apparatus called the Springboard, which uses spring resistance to challenge your movements and connect you to your core. This high energy class will be a mix of standing and mat exercises that will strengthen you, lengthen you, and improve spinal health, hip strength, posture, and balance. Not intended for beginners!
