Fitness @ The Cube has a fully equipped Pilates studio. Offering private and semi-private Pilates sessions, you can have one-on-one attention to focus on indivudal needs or you can join one of our challenging small group equipment classes, which you will find on the schedule under “Springboard Pilates.”
Springboard Pilates Classes:
This challenging workout is performed on a piece of Pilates apparatus called the Springboard, which uses spring resistance to challenge your movements and connect you to your core. This high energy class will be a mix of standing and mat exercises that will strengthen you, lengthen you, and improve spinal health, hip strength, posture, and balance. Not intended for beginners!
