We can’t wait to see you in the studio! Here are some important things to know before attending.
Book ahead
Pre-registration is required. No drop-ins will be permitted into the studio.
When you arrive
- We are an intimate studio without a lobby. Please wait in your car until the instructor opens the door 5-10 minutes before class begins.
- Please be on time. Late entries may not be permitted.
In-Studio Guidelines–Helping you and your fellow classmates get the most enjoyable experience possible.
- Be on time and arrive ready to workout.
- Leave phones and smart watches in cubbies. We’ve seen it all–including people trying to text while jumping on a trampoline. For your safety–and to minimize distraction for the entire group, not texting during class.
- If you arrive late or have to leave early, please do so discretely through the back door.
- Please stay home if you are feeling ill.
What to Wear
We encourage you to wear comfortable workout attire. For Tramp, TRX, Zumba, and Bootcamp, please wear sneakers.
Pilates Dress Code:
For your comfort and convenience, we recommend wearing form hugging clothing and for men, wearing bike shorts under regular shorts. You may be barefoot or wear grippy socks. Regular socks are a safety hazard on Pilates equipment and not permitted.
Health Concerns
If you have any health concerns or are pregnant, please let your instructor know before class starts so that she can help you throughout your workout and offer options that may work best for you. If she doesn’t know, she can’t help!
Cancellation Policy
Classes: We have a strict cancellation policy of 12 hours for all group classes. This policy is in place to protect our instructors as well as people on our waitlist, as it is unlikely they can fill empty spots within the late cancellation window. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $15 charge to accounts with an unlimited monthly passes or the reduction of one class from a class package.
Private Sessions: You can cancel your private or semi-private sessions up to 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the reduction of one session from a package.
Expirations and Refunds
All class packages have a 6 month expiration date. No extensions, transfers, or refunds.
Private sessions have a 12 month expiration date from purchase. No extensions, transfers, or refunds.
It is important to us to be fair to all, and therefore cannot bend the rules for anyone. Thank you for understanding.
